4. Enhanced CRB disclosure
5. Two references
6. List 99
7. Passport
8. Visa
10. Overseas Police Check if applicable
11. GTC membership and Induction Year completion where applicable
12. Proof of Address
13. Open Doors Identity Card (issued to all supply/temp staff)
14. National Insurance Number - we provide forms to apply for these if they do not have one
Copies are taken of all documents and saved on our database should you wish to see them.
Our schools are provided with a username and unique password which enables them to check the credentials of any individual working in their establishment.
